This Pulitzer Prize-winning drama by one of American theatre's most famous and important writers raises important issues about life, relationships, and moving forward. On a quiet stretch of beach, a middle-aged couple facing retirement talks idly about home, family, and their lives together. Suddenly, they are joined by another very special and “different” couple, facing a challenging turning point of their own. Fear and suspicion of one another are soon replaced by curiosity and need, in a surreal and compelling encounter, which holds the answers to all their most urgent questions.
